My Love Story!! Hong Kong Egg Tarts

I like eating Hong Kong egg tarts ever since I was young, because it was my mom’s favorite pastry. Since I don’t live near a dim sum restaurant, I wanted to learn how to make them myself. If you have the time and patience to make puff pastry, I recommend that you make it from scratch. I tried making puff pastry from scratch and it is challenging. I have not succeeded yet, but one day I will succeed in making it. Anyways, here is my version of Hong Kong Egg Tarts. Enjoy!
